Annette is and continues to be unbelievably valuable to me. I have been working with real estate agents for the last 30 years. The majority of them are pretty good. But nothing like Annette. Annette is operating at a higher level to the likes that I have never seen. She is really good about knowing everything that's in the so-called book and more importantly she's a seasoned professional that knows what to look for that won't show up in any kind of documentation or manual. She is awesome at anticipating the unanticipatable. She knows what works, she knows what doesn't work, and is really good at telling you where the possible traps are at so you can avoid them. Her hands-on guidance and negotiation skills through a couple of tricky situations nearly guaranteed that I was gonna land on top. And I did. Because of her help. A few recommendations that she made along the way insured that I was making good decisions on a new construction that led to nearly $30,000 in savings and make-goods from the builder. To say that Annette is awesome is a massive understatement. If you're thinking about a real estate agent or somebody to help guide you through a real estate transaction, you need to get on the phone with Annette. Or else you're gonna end up regretting it.
