We had a wonderful experience working with Brooks! We were introduced by a mutual friend who had worked with him several times. I had met with several realtors before, but after my first meeting with Brooks, I knew he was the right choice. He is well-organized, strategic, passionate--and has great instincts. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions and concerns throughout the process, and Brooks was always patient, attentive, and thoughtful. Let me be clear, I don't like realtors. Most are right up there with the people that walk in front of you when you are waiting for the elevator and push the call button even though it is lit up and you clearly have already pressed it but Brooks is different. Brooks is pretty much the best realtor to every walk on earth....he may even be able to walk on water. The absolute best, most organized and seamless home transaction experience imaginable.
