We moved into the area almost two years ago and started working with Dan. We were very particular and initially Dan provided a great landscape assessment of the Columbus market. Highly knowledgeable about every area. We took our time and over the two years we worked together Dan was very patient and responsive. We asked to see many homes and Dan was very accommodating and communicative. We put multiple offers in for homes and Dan guided us through the inspection and closing process like a pro. We love our home and feel like Dan did everything he could represent ourselves to the seller. Buying a home is a very intimidating and mysterious process at times but Dan made our experience so much better.

Dan helped us learn about Columbus and the surrounding areas over the past two years as we searched for the right home for our family. His deep knowledge of homes gave us tremendous confidence as we evaluated each property. His patience, attention, and understanding of our wants and needs went far beyond our expectations. This is our second time working with Dan. The first time we were just purchasing a home and this time we were buying/selling. I can’t say enough about Dan, his professionalism and his expertise.
