Janice responded quickly any time I called with a question. She understood the housing market and knew what needed to be done to sell the house. She truly goes the extra mile. She wants the buyer and the seller to be satisfied with the outcome. She was a great negotiater when we needed to find compromise between myself and the buyer. Great salesperson, great person, great experience! I will contact her when I am ready to sell my current home in the future and hope to work with her again. I couldn't have had a better experience with a realtor!

From showing me multiple houses a night AFTER driving an hour just to get to the first one to helping with my 2 year old while I looked at the homes. Janice never stopped accommodating us. I looked at a ton of houses spread over multiple counties sometimes with barely any notice. Adding in the countless times she noticed significant issues I completely missed saving me from a poor decision is just another bonus. I’d never use another realtor 🤷‍♂️
