Joe was so patient and helpful and knowledgeable and when we asked for advice he straight up treated our house like his house to sell. He was invested in not only getting us as much money as possible, but in getting the buyers as much house as possible. He was never pushy, but if we weren’t sure which direction to go with a repair or reno, he said what it would be worth to a buyer and gave such great perspective from decades of selling homes. “This is worth it and more, that is not a priority, this should be done so you both have peace of mind, don’t spend much on this but do it if you can.” All over the place on a whole range of options, pinpoint accuracy for market value and buyer appeal.
And then when it came to paperwork, he’d look over each doc before it even got to us, fix anything that looked off, and only send it to us when he could confidently say “you can sign it.” He caught so many little numbers and wording issues and saved us tens of thousands of dollars in getting the home ready to sell and sold. And then sold the house for more than we’d dreamed! I really feel like both we and the sellers got a great deal, and it’s all thanks to the guidance and assistance of Joe Mock.
