Kim took time to understand our goals for selling our longtime home. She created a strategy that would meet and ultimately succeed those goals. Kim had a vision for how the house would best sell (quickly and for the highest price) and she did the work to get the house ready. She was true to herself while also honoring our questions and feedback. Kim was a dream to work with!

Kim is excellent all levels of the real estate process (purchase/sell/current market conditions/negotiating/ overall operations). Definitely would recommend to others looking to buy or sell.

Kim was wonderful, and we are extremely satisfied. She made professional recommendations and managed all the activities to best market our property. I've worked with Kim Mills on the sale of my previous home a few years ago. The experience I had at that time made it a no-brainer for me to connect with her again when I was planning my strategy to buy again. She suggested that we meet to discuss our strategy and we talked through basically everything. I appreciated her attention to detail, her communication style, and he willingness to dig in and do the work for me. This was my first time buying a house with Kim as my realtor and she made the experience so incredibly simple it makes me want to buy a house every week. All throughout the process she communicated well, kept me in the loop, provided guidance and suggestions, and explained things in a way for someone not in the realty field to easily understand. I'm so incredibly grateful for Kim and the experience she has gave me.

I have purchased 3 homes with Kim and she is the definition of a true professional. She is organized, thoughtful, knowledgeable (homes in the area & the process), customer service focused, calm, strategic, and has great communication skills. I don't have a single thing that could have gone better. She asked me to consider putting my home on the market at a slightly lower price than I was planning for, but her strategy worked perfectly. We had 25+ showings in 2-days and several offers went significantly over list. Kim is a fantastic relator, but an even better person :).

Kim is amazing. We went through a long process of trying to find the perfect home for us. We were outbid many times but Kim did not let us give up until we found the house we wanted. She was always available or got back to us right away. Very knowledgeable about things you want to look for in the house. Overall 10 out of 10 experience working with Kim!

Kim was AMAZING from our first interaction, through every step of the way - some hard losses that she supported and was open to debrief through to finally buying our first home! She was lockstep with our lender, which truly made it feel like we were a team. The process was scary and new for us, but Kim made sure to extend her expertise along the way and was able to get creative with our offers! So thankful for everything she did for us throughout these past few months - will miss our daily communications!

Kim was fantastic. She listened & understood our needs and we executed the plan together. The home sold for over $150k more than asking due to a reasonable asking price which attracted a lot of interest, resulting in a bidding war.
