Me and my wife had struggled with finding lenders and negotiating with the sellers. Once I got in contact with Martha it felt like we really gained traction. She immediately was able to secure us a lendor and helped us to convince the seller we were serious about buying. The process was smooth and relatively faster than expected as we had closed within a month after contacting Martha. It was comforting knowing that any questions we had, she was readily available to answer them or point us in the right direction. Marti, is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable, understanding and can forsee things that might be coming during negotiations, which is VERY helpful because she then can make recommendations on how to best navigate the situation in order to achieve the best outcome.
